Part of my momentary comfort series where we see original characters from my book, The Box, doing what they love before being thrown into peril. This one is of Jakob Williams.
"Jakob Williams fell in love with music at a very young age. His father, a musician himself, taught him how to play a variety of instruments but Jakob always came back to the guitar. When he lost his dad from cancer at the age of six, he thought that would have been the worst moment of his life but it was only the beginning of a long string of heartbreak. He lost his mom, a helicopter pilot, in Afghanistan. His grandma to cancer. His brother to the prison system and his mentor to a freak accident. While he had music to always get him through It still felt the world was against him, he had no idea how right he was."
