After the sketch was loaded I worked on building out the character and setting the lighting. Originally it was going to be a surface light but I wanted to add Ariel's shell and decided I could light the piece just from that.
Starting a new series. As a huge Disney fan I wanted to do some tribute pieces. This new Disney Villains series will feature my favorite villains. We kick off with the Sea Witch Ursula. I put a lot of love into this piece and, thanks to a PhotoShop issue had to restart it twice. Hope you like it. Which villain should I do next?
