Poisonous Beauty
With my recent style change I wanted to go back in and fix the lighting so that the colors weren't so muddled. I also noticed the eyes were too small in the previous piece and you lose her expression.
This is the original version from 2020. the layout turned out like I expected and I liked the overall look.
I redid the layout and went with an image that is more impactful. This took a while as I wasn't sure how I was going to light it.
This was the original idea. I think it could have worked but I wanted the flower to represent a universe of Poison Ivy's own and it would have been difficult to properly represent it in this layout.
This is originally a piece I created last year but I wanted to come back to it as I feel I've improved as an artist in the last 12 months. I'm sure I will come back to it a year from now and find something else to fix :).
